and alot of parents don’t give there kids credit for being smart on their own and knowing what they want out of life i feel if we teach right from wrong and to be a decent human they are fine.. parents also don’t think that the kids also watch what parents do not what they say and thats where some go wrong.i say to each their own we all know whats best for our Families and each child is different from the other. I disagree with this video too – what is her data on this? Remembering D-Day 75 years anniversary 6 6 44 shirt I find it really hard to believe that there are SO MANY parents out there are not accepting their children because they don’t accept themselves. Just another opinion out there to make people think that there is something wrong with them and how they parent. Most Parents know how to love.

The doctor here never says there shouldn’t be guidance and support—I feel like this is a given but perhaps I am wrong. What I find is interesting here is: what is society’s definition of success that many parents hold their ideals to? What is success to you? Is it defined by how much money one makes? By how much education one obtains? By what notoriety or prestige one achieves? I think the point of the video is talking about how to show it unconditionally even when a child is misbehaving. Just because they do something wrong intentionally or unintentionally, I think it is hard to teach a child how to behave appropriately while not making them feel unworthy of love sometimes. We had a horrible time with my youngest step-daughter, who is now 21yo and who I believe has a personality disorder.
