Bought a leather bag less than a year ago, made a complaint to the customer service as the belts are ruined, more than 3 weeks ago now, never received a reply. Diesel. Thank you for my catastrophy sweater. I wish I could show you a photo but now you got me sold on the sweaters. Keep up the cat fantastic work!

This guy ruined everything in diesel before with his old artistic director the clothes were better style but this ruined everything did not buy more diesel. Diesel best of all, but just don’t use the leather jacket on sheep, it is not the new idea, u just need one better idea like fog, lights, camera, and action. It’s not waterboarding if you use diesel. I have a Diesel leather jacket, lovely from the outside, however, The cheap cotton lining is so rough that my cashmere wool jumpers (not uncool!)

We are specialized in embroidery patch, chenille patch and other garment accessories for almost 10 years. If possible, we would like to be your friend and cooperate with you. I’d show some love but the manager of the Columbus Circle shop is such a nasty employee, I would never spend another dime in this store or support the brand! Just made my first Diesel purchase online after being a loyal customer for years. However, it’s a shame you sent me the discount code welcome email after I had made my first purchase and then added in the Ts&Cs that it can’t be applied retrospectively. If you aren’t going to publicise that by registering online you will trigger a discount then surely you should really automatically apply the code at checkout rather than wait for the customer to checkout/register and then send them a code that they can’t even use. Hopefully, someone reading this will appreciate that this is not great customer service and apply the discount…
