I am feeling your pain! I’m on day 4 and having to work through it because there is no one to take my shifts. You are a rockstar for coping! Fuck you gaulois réfractaire fier et je t’emmerde That every breath you take and how you “inhale exhale” helps. This is an amazing story. I still do breathing exercises. To calm my nerves or a headache.

I dont like taking meds, this is awesome. As a mother giving birth that’s the first thing. I was told “that my breathing patterns were fine.” I’m looking at the nurses like….I’m in pain here! And yall talking about breathing patterns. I learned after my bundle of joy entered maybe nothing or something with my story( comment)It was a statement for me personally, meaning instead of taking meds for a headache. I would perfer doing breathing exercises than to take meds. Fuck you gaulois réfractaire fier et je t’emmerde I understand meds are given to people or patients for whatever medical reasons or needs. And one should do what their physician(s) recommend. I hope this clear the “curiosity”.
Have a good day in here!
Don’t you just want to punch someone when they say “just breathe” when you’re stressing out. You need to be ready and willing to tell yourself this In nursing we tell our patients to slow their breathing, in through the nose, out through the mouth to help them become calmer. Its amazing that often what we do to help others we forget to do for ourselves. We recently obtained a therapy dog for my grandson who has ADHD. He works so hard all day at school to keep his emotions in check and tries to be good and focus that by the time he returns home he has a melt down. The therapy dog will help in calming him and the dog’s name is Nooma which is from the Greek word Pneuma which essentially means to breathe. The dog will be a reminder to us
