All of this is excellent advice, but it is hard to fit into real life. Relax when needed, step back when overwhelmed… I wish it were so, but this is impossible in my life. Said the stressed, tired and overwhelmed (but at least not hungry) woman!

Trouble is I eat when I’m hungry. I eat when I’m tired. I eat when I’m stressed and I eat when I am overwhelmed! By this time it’s too late to listen to my body! Exactly what grandma Esther used to say. Your body must be telling you something. You should listen to it. This is really valuable information. Most of the time we are so stressed we don’t even think of doing this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Wonderful advice. Fat no I prefer too wide for you narrow mind. And don’t forget to listen to your body when you get fired. No food because there’s no money, no time to rest, gotta get a new job, step back and scream.

I am trying to. When I feel a bit stress emotionally or anxious, I lie down and have a rest or read a book to relax my mind. Give yourself a break as well. We are just human to feel tired, stressed. Live your life in full with the grace of God. I have learned to do this. I use to push myself to the point of getting run down and eventually sick. I find this extreemly difficult as people are always comparing me to someone else, judging me for my thoughts, opions, lack of material wealth , judging my values because they are not the same as most people. I feel like a round peg in a square hole so then old expression goes. I’m a hermit because I choose to be because I don’t find pleasure in the same things as others,I’m different and dont want to change and lose my identity
