His point was that anyone can paint and that you can still make a piece of art even if you can only see in grayscale. Bob Ross and Seinfeld George The Timeless Art of Seduction. And then he showed this man, and others like him, how it can be done in a way that they could actually see it.

Because the connection between hue and value. Every artist has at least once painted a grayscale or monochromatic still life, in order to understand this theory. Red is seen as dark grey. Green is a medium grey. Deep blues are black. Yellow is white, and so on. I love when people that can see color somehow feel they are experts in what color-blind people can or can’t see. Bob Ross and Seinfeld George The Timeless Art of Seduction. My husband can only see black, white and shades of gray so no not all color-blind people can see colors. I don’t know how many times I have heard people say oh but he can see red and green, no he can’t they are just different hues of gray/black. I remember watching him on Saturdays being hung over. Saw the start of the painting then sometimes I would wake up and see the finished painting, many times I missed it though. One of the most relaxing and soothing voices I have ever listened to.
Get it and be cool!
I just found him here for the first time but I am still wondering if you guys are really serious about the sleep part….everything is scripted these days..who knows, this whole comment section could be too. My Grandchildren, 3 & 5 at the time, were being a bit rambunctious after being stuck in during bad weather. My son was going crazy and starting looking for something on TV to entertain them. Lo & behold he comes across Bob Ross, stops to watch a bit and then silence…….he slowly looks around and there are his two kids totally mesmerized by Bob. They sat there for the whole show as if they were in a trance. Now whenever he wants to calm them down, he puts on Bob and they absolutely love him! This man calmed my nerves and made me smile thru a difficult time in my life. I never painted, I just wanted to watch him create. Got to meet him briefly while he was in town for a seminar. I got all choked up and he gave me a hug. He was and always will be an inspiration and a shining example of the very best you can be
