I sleep early and wake up early I affects my body so badly the I feel sick after few days. I believe in having enough adequate and quality sleep to have best body performance, then maximise and utilise the hours we are not sleeping. Quality sleep is essential to body longevity and not everyone sleeps in the same schedule, you must learn and accept this. To my daughter I close my eyes for but a moment and suddenly a woman stood Human body and brain needs atleast 6 to 7 hours sleep each day to function properly depends on your age. So it doesn’t matter when you sleep tbh. What about people who works late nights? Not everyone is a Monk or self employed though. Unless they are having 6 to 7 hours sleep, being productive and trying the best to achieve their goals – it doesn’t really matter when they are going bed and when they are waking up. However I do agree that you shouldn’t waste your time by sleeping 10 hours a day.

The person who sleeps late night i.e. 3 am and awakes at 9 am and on the other hand another person sleeps at 9 pm and awakes at 3 am, they both are taking equal amount of rest and same amount of working time. I think in the second half it gets a little too focused on the wake up early part, without keeping it clear that we are reallocating *when* we choose to be active to best leverage where our circadian rhythms balance with the rise and fall of the sun.
