Difficult to attribute it to lifestyle. My parents were married for 62 years until my mother died from a very fast-acting dementia in Nov 2015 at 87; The hardest thing is watching someone you love forget she was an orthopedic wreck but her mentation was just fine less than a year before she died (problem started about 9 months beforehand). My father is now 91 and in amazing shape, including mentally.

Not breathing in aluminum chemtrails would help to people wit dementia have high levels of aluminum it’s a no-brainer why so many people are being diagnosed since we all getting sprayed like bugs u can detox it from your body. Activated charcoal or diametric earth I saw a clip of a lady doctor The hardest thing is watching someone you love forget whose husband was in early stages of Alzheimer’s and she started giving him pure coconut oil in all his food and after some time he became much better. Unfortunately, I don’t have the clip and don’t remember what sight I watched that. Maybe you can google it and find out. God bless.
Be strong and take it!
I suggest you listen to your music from your high school years. Ask someone to get it for you. And be as active as you can, chatting with friends on Facebook and in person and walking as much as possible, even if it’s just around your house! It makes a big difference.
I was taught when training to be a CNA years ago that people with Alzheimer’s never lose their passion. Whether that passion be music, God, family or whatever it is. I worked in an Alzheimer unit and found it true time and time again. One woman whose parents were both preachers still knew all the words to every basic gospel song, but she barely knew her daughter when she would come to visit.
