Sticks and stones may break my bones but needles veins excite me shirt
Not when the rain comes through your house roof and drips into a bucket on your landing the sound is irritating, annoying. I am having difficulties trying to get to sleep. I have the tv on listening to music to relax me for half an hour. The tv seems to help me. It is not pleasant being awake when you know you should be asleep. I sometimes listen to thunderstorms or beach sounds on youtube while on FB to relax before I switch off to have my shower then go to sleep. A cup of hot milk with honey helps my routine. I’ll try the magnesium suggestion though.

Sticks and stones may break my bones but needles veins excite me. That’s the only time I love the rain. Cuddled up in the blankets, with the sound of rain as soothing background music. It lulls you into a calm, peaceful sensation you easily relax and ultimately sleep peacefully. That’s not for me I have to wear Earplugs if it is raining so hard I could hear it. Has to be completely silent for me to be able to fall asleep. I’ve met the peaceful weather. Heavy rain brings floods, destruction, basement, and yard flooding. But, to each his own. I play my own rain, of some kind or another, every night when I am going to sleep. I just go to YouTube and pick out one among the many types that are there. It is beautiful. “heavy” we’re supposed to get 2″ hail today does that count as heavy don’t see fallin’ asleep in that but it is nice to smile about it at least haha thank you so much for that smile. Love the sound of a storm or the ocean. Can you still get those devices that played several relaxing sounds? By the way, the music with this post was awful, just the storm, please.
