yet still doesn’t recognise his mandate in the entire discourse of how women are held back in most societies like ours. Quilting rules you can never have too much fabric poster you get his arguments very wrong. He didnt say women are not lovely or do not have capabilities but rather “women in Ghana have not done enough activism”.

It should come naturally, not by showing “enough activism”. When you realizes how important it is to put the right person in the right position, then women will occupy the position of power not because she is a woman but because she is qualified for the position. Then, gender will not be a criteria. How then do so many unqualified men get into hedge positions? Quilting rules you can never have too much fabric poster Perhaps s better approach is not to blame women or make it their problem but to look at the cultural and social factors and expectations that limit women’s capacity to be able o take up these roles. It’s not for lack of interest or ability! He said it’s not enough.
I guess he meant they’ve not shown enough of these traits you’re pointing out. More like a call for women to up their game. Nothing wrong has been said here in my opinion As for the president (the originator of the qoute) we’ve already sent him to the cleaners for his misogynist comment. You should watch the entire video where he made that ignorant statement. You would cringe. A president who has his cabinet made of 23% women (21 men, 5 women), yet has the effontry to make this statement is a disgrace. What makes this whole debacle pathetic is that he currently holds the title conferred to him by the African Union as a “Gender Champion”
