This is by far my favorite move of the day from the new little-obsessed workouts. In this workout, she was using weights but for general purpose, I wanted to show you that you don’t have to have weights.

There are alternatives to having weights. You can use your body weight, to can us cans, there is something around your house you can use I promise. Autumn said some pretty amazing things about this workout that really made me think. “It’s not about protection it is about progress” I have always been someone to compare my results to other peoples and get upset and backslide cause my results don’t seem to come as fast as other people’s. I am going, to be honest with you. I haven’t lost a single pound in a year, nope not one, well that’s not trying. I have lost pounds then gained then back and lost them and gained them back again. This has been a real struggle for me emotionally, I want to give up, it’s so frustrating. My body is a temple ancient and crumbling. After herring what Autumn said it made me realize that I have made so much progress. I can do tuck jumps (which is something I never thought I would do)

I can do insanity (which is also something I thought I wouldn’t ever be able to do) I know that I am not seeing the ultimate weight loss that I want but I am growing in strength and endurance. So I am making progress and that is what is important and that is what I will celebrate as I keep pushing forward to my goals.
