Actually Kelly you can be gender fluid and trans. In talking to my trans gen fluid friends, you can get the surgery to be a trans man or woman but still, LGBT my purpose in life calls me mom prefer to look and feel nonbinary. It’s complicated and probably not as common but they aren’t mutually exclusive.

Not sure I agree with you on eliminating gender though; don’t think it will make society better. People who don’t identify are such a small population, why overturn a whole society’s way of thinking and being? The reality is, people are born with different parts, and those parts dictate certain things, like whether or not you will have a menstruation or whether or not you have a chance of getting testicular cancer. We just need to respect everyone’s choice of how they identify. LGBT my purpose in life calls me mom Respect is key in a harmonious world. gender does not mean the parts you are born with, and the thinking as far as medical care is why men were denied help for their breast cancer, because “it’s a women’s disease”. I can also say a person who has already had their appendix removed can’t get appendicitis, because they don’t have that organ, but we aren’t going to create a new label to give to people who do or don’t have appendixes.
Give me your choices!
No, trans means anyone not cis. It means ‘across’ or ‘beyond’ aka outside of the gender binary. It doesn’t mean transitioning from one to the other. Two spirit, third gender, agender, gebderqueer and anything else not cis male or female is trans. his point is he’s not trying to identify anything at all but at the same time he is and it’s just contradicting. He’s not telling anyone what they should be identified as.

For what I got is that he was born with a female body, identifies as a guy, likes guys, and hasn’t had a whole transition (mastectomy and change of genitals) so his body -not him- is non binary You know more than us “elders” because these are young concepts and terms… they, like, literally didn’t EXIST (at least not in this context) when we were your age!! I try my hardest to be inclusive and aware, but you’ve gotta cut us a little slack here. These are things you grew up hearing/reading, and we’re just learning them as adults.
