Tbh, all of these dogs just appear to have basic training. Getting a dog to roll over on command isn’t tricky and getting them to stop whatever they’re doing again, isn’t (usually) hard. If you’ve never owned Pitbull please shut the fuck up. It was time to send him across the rainbow bridge! Sleep well my sweet Rotty boy!!!
If you’ve never owned Pitbull please shut the fuck up shirt
I had a Rotty and he lived to be almost 14 yrs old, the last 3 dealing with Liver Cancer. Came time to do the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do and that was having to say goodbye to my fearless, faithful, best friend, I had to put him down because his back and hips couldn’t handle his weight anymore. I helped him out by using a curtain panel as a sling to help him walk, and hold him up as he did his business, then he started defecating laying down. Realizing there was no dignity left for him. I’ve one too. If you’ve never owned Pitbull please shut the fuck up. He is 12 and half years old suffering from hip dysplasia. Can you explain more about the sling you made for your dog? Thank you. I simply got a panel which is one piece of a certain set and looped it around his stomach allowing space from his man part. Keep the panel ends free and do not knot the panel ends together so you will be able to apply and remove the panel with ease. I would insight him to want to go outside I would help him get up on he’s paws, and would allow him time and help him steady himself.
Have a sweet time!
And as he was walking I would support him. We would walk around and find the spot, and I would hold him up as he got into the position he needed to relieve himself. And hold him for however long it took, then while holding him up we would walk back into the house. I hope this will help you and your dog. I did this until he started relieving himself while laying down not even making an effort to getting up I knew at that time there was no dignity left for him it was time. They have a medicine now that you put in his/ her food that greatly helps with dysplasia. ask your vet about it. As you and your dog are getting closer to that time try to prepare yourself as when that time comes your dog will need your greatest gift and support to help them across the rainbow bridge. Good luck to you both.
