I’m the same way. I typically drink coffee every day, but sometimes I’ll skip for days at a time (and only drank decaf when I was pregnant) I just want to bake things and drink coffee and never got jittery or had withdrawals. Not every coffee drinker becomes addicted, some just drink it every day out of habit or because they like to!

I agree with you. I am the same. The momemt I saw your pic I thought “this mate shared a pic of his girlfriend” and was gonna write “I would rather like a good coffee and that girl” then I realise it’s a girl sharing the pic and thats you over there also is the best coffee ever lol. I love coffee but I don’t suffer any of second syndrome, I like the taste and I drink one or two cup of coffee (cappuccino) I just want to bake things and drink coffee per day, but somedays I don’t even drink it at all and I am fine with it. I can have it in breakfast but sometimes I drink chocolate instead of coffee. Nas, my friend just passed away this morning. He was 42. Leaving 2 young primary school young children. Can you do a video on type 2 diabetes. And how it is reversible by increasing physical activities and cutting off sugar and refined carbohydrates consumption. I believe prescribed drug is unnecessary and eventually toxic. First of all, I am so sorry for your loss. I think something to keep in mind here is that Nas is not a medical professional (to my knowledge), diabetes treatment probably isn’t the sort of thing he should be commenting on.
Have a nice day!
My condolences! I so agree with what you say. Though not a diabetic, I am following a so-called ketogenic way of eating (which is strictly low on carbs and no sugar whatsoever). If you are suffering from diabetes 2, most people can already get off their medication after 3 weeks! I have seen and heard of tremendous results for people with epilepsy, MS, all sorts of arthritis. It is just unbelieveable! And then we are not even speaking about all the mental clarity it provides you with. But the mainstream advice is and always will be: you needa bread, rice, pasta, potatoes. Do you need carbs? Yes! But I get 80% of all my carbs from vegetables. I have never eaten more healthy in my life, list 15 kg’s in 8 months, feel far more energetic and have so much more mental clarity (better concentration, better memory).
