You see she won that lawsuit due to the severities of the burns which lead to the fact that McDonald’s were serving coffees at a much higher and dangerous temperature than what is recommended!
I don’t stop when mcdonald I’m tired I stop when I’m done shirt
The lawsuit is only partially true. The miss with the coffee is the reason why all places that serve hot coffee have a warning saying “caution hot” on the cup. the excuse of the lady was that she “didn’t know” the coffee was so hot inside and when she took off the lid in her car to cream and sugar the coffee, she spilled it on herself. As for the rest. It’s complete bullshit. Their coffee was legitimately a few degrees from boiling. That’s too damned hot for touching let along consumption. I don’t stop when mcdonald I’m tired I stop when I’m done. Actually, the coffee was way hotter than it should have been. It literally scolded her and burnt thru her pants and left a blistered burn. The lawsuit was legitimate, the coffee was so hot that when it spilled in her lap it melted her pants to her legs. Her pants had to be surgically removed and it caused some serious scarring as well. The coffee was dangerously hot and she’s lucky she spilled the coffee versus actually trying to consume it. Look up your facts again because it was only a few degrees from boiling point.

She didn’t even want to sue. But was not able to pay her medical bill’s. McDonald’s is not an individual. And it’s moral responsibility is to stay within the bounds defined to it by the governing Indian authority. Don’t deflect the culpability from the guilty. McDonald’s doesn’t owe the Indian public to go ‘above and beyond’ for them especially when the public is too cheap to willingly pay a premium for healthy, quality food. What moral responsibility? Making fries that are fattening? Your mum makes tons of stuff that are fattening does she have no moral responsibility. Get over your self. McDonald’s doesn’t owe anything to you and it doesn’t force customers to stuff fries down their throats
