What’s making people fat is the laziness and the excessive food eating. You yourself is the only person that actually knows how your body process food there’s no one in the world I can tell you what is good for your body and what’s bad for your body so sub listening to all this. Yes, most videos are misleading because they dont even know the proper context. Btw they are talking about Ketogenic diet which is effective indeed. They did not advocate drinking milk in any way. They only said skim milk was no better than whole milk, and mentioned recent research on whole milk and type 2 diabetes. There was not a discussion on beverage choices or dairy products.
I have consumed whole milk every single day for the past two years and it’s the main staple in my diet . I hover around 10% body fat and I have gotten blood tested and my numbers are better than optimal with some biomarkers being 100% lower than even a healthy individual. Prior to drinking it I was overweight and only had average biomarkers. Granted I live a very healthy lifestyle in general and drinking whole milk isn’t the only change I have made plus nothing works for everyone but whole milk is definitely not objectively bad.
