I’ve gained 15 pounds since I started lifting weights. I’m 5ft10 and closing in on the 70kgs. My abs started to show, my cellulite is reducing, my butt’s growing rounder and my legs looks killer; so yea, scales are evil!

I’m the heaviest I have ever been in my life right now! I’ve been consistent with my training and eating healthy for the past month & allow myself a treat 1-2 times a week. I’ve been eating nutritious foods that my body likes that doesn’t upset my sensitive tummy and I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in about a year!! I’m happier and stronger than I’ve ever been and I weigh more than I’ve ever weighed (61kg / height: 5’6) and keep going up – but I’m getting leaner! This is exactly why I always say that your “weight” is not a good indication of progress or “health” for that matter! Muscle weighs more per area than fat does so in my case I’m losing body fat but gaining muscle weight! I am a burpee ninja wod and fitness workout gym. I am 5.6 (1m68) and weight 55kg, my abs are starting to show, so are my arms and shoulders, my booty is rounder than ever and my legs are getting leaner! Yeah! I have been lifting weights for 3 months, I have always been sporty, but lifting weights has been the most effective on my body appearance. So let’s go on!
