That’s why I say let’s deal with individuals, not collectives. There are dozens of categories that we both could fill, and probably some of them are shared. Back off I have a crazy pitbull mom. Why can’t we focus on what brings us together instead of shouting out what separates us?

it won’t be hard to convince the 99% of my race to remain non-racist. I can’t convince the crazies out there that just because of the color of someone’s skin that someone is better than someone else, so I won’t bother trying to convince you. Back off I have a crazy pitbull mom. Don’t you see that by telling me to stay indoors and lumping me in with someone else based on the shared skin color, that in itself is racist? which one am I, I only wanted to determine motive before endorsing public marches based on assumed motive? If it was racially motivated then I denounce it. What’s wrong with wanting to confirm first though.
Who said that racism doesn’t exist? I see it all the time. I just don’t like attributing something to racism without proof, it doesn’t help anybody except those who want to divide us into racial lines. If we keep dividing ourselves then there will never be unification. I see the only way to achieve that is to stop treating people based on external characteristics that you can’t control and start treating them based on morality and character. You know, like what MLK said. If it was racially motivated by all means let’s voice our outrage. I just don’t think that every heinous act by a white against a black needs to be used to fuel a narrative unless it’s backed up by facts. Two attacks done by two different people should be treated and judged as separate acts. You can look at statistics down the road, but not in the moment.
Have a good day!
