It’s not difficult unless you want it to be. In my second week of plant-based eating and haven’t thought about or missed meat once. It’s all in the spices and seasonings. As of yesterday, I completed my first week of a plant-based lifestyle. I have rheumatoid arthritis with a lot of inflammation in my joints.

The inflammation in my joints and extremities is significantly lower. This time last week it hurt to get out of bed and take the first steps of the day. At only 4 days in I noticed a difference in my pain level. I am not yet pain-free but it is overall much better. I am definitely in favor of the plant-based diet and I will continue. I started on the worst possible day for anyone like me who loves “soul food” Sunday dinner day. I figured if I could start on that day and be successful I can make it all the others days of the week too. I would tell anyone it’s worth a try.

Plants are mainly based on healing and having a positive spirit and mind, along with other complex carbs like sweet potatoes bananas, mangos, and other acidic and neutral grains and yams as for pancreas control and caloric intake, meat, it’s not all that good these days and not good in general, but from what I discovered months ago, if you are living an active lifestyle like running, weight training and etc
