See! It’s not just me, it’s like ‘Researchers’ Tourettes’! Definitely should have snagged it. On a more practical note, you’d be amazed at the amount of work you get, The rolling stones when a company realises that it doesn’t have to pay for a proof-reader

I saw them in Philly. At first Mick grabbed it then pointed at the crowd and A lot of confetti came out and he sprayed the first few rows with it , Then he sat on it and rode it.that was a great tour just like all the other ones A miracle of nature and music. The rolling stones The fact that all the band members now in their 70’s are still healthy and selling house full stadiums to a generation fit to be their grandkids .Music tastes have evolved over the decades and surviving and thriving for 5decades is next to unbelievable

And I saw them exactly 10 years later on 7/12/72 in Indianapolis. My first (but not last) Stones concert. I was 15. I never have forgotten that date, but only recently discovered it’s significance! Been a card carrying fan since I first heard them. Saw them in 65 in Detroit MI where my mom and dad took me and three friends all the way from mid Ohio to the show. Still love them! Just a little bit of trivia for you. In the late `80`s I got a phone call from Bo Diddley`s manager Marty and he told me about the gunslinger tour. He asked me to get ready for the Australian leg of the tour. Only Bo and Ronnie were coming and I was to play keys, grab Face on bass and sort out a band. They didn`t come. Apparently the promoter didn`t want to put up the money Marty was asking or so the story goes.
