You’re an absolute inspiration brother! I aspire to be someone who makes some sort of differences in the world just like you have been doing. If you ever read this, how do I take the first step becoming something relevant? I’d also be interested to see the studies that were made to prove that if you say I am anxious makes you perform worse in a public speech. Other psychologists say that you should admit to you and others that you are anxious, Santa claus riding pitbull because once you admit that, the conscious mind becomes congruent with the unconscious mind( the unconscious mind gets signals form the body that it is tense – you know fight or flight mode right) thus the mind is in harmony with the body and gets that problem out of the way (it basically says “ok the body is tense and this is why it is tense. glad to have somehow solved this, there is no real threat. let’s see how I can solve the other problem, the speech, because know there is no need for fight or flight”). basically if your conscious mind tries to impose a certain feeling to the body (or unconscious mind) conflict arises and you perform worse. this makes sense more than making positive affirmation.
