I wake up at 2 am every day to go to work at 4. I find I do the best work, am more happy and upbeat, and believe it or not, am more awake at this time, than later in the day. I go to sleep earlier, but I sleep better as well and feel more rested, even if I didn’t get the normal 8 hrs a night of sleep. Your logic makes no sense to me because even though I wake up later than you I still get the same amount of time as you because my day starts at 2 and ends at 6 a.m. in the morning so I have more time in the world think about stuff then you do apparently
