Do a set to failure before your working sets on each exercise, there you have blood flow to the required muscle group and the pump you want without the need for any pre-workouts. I actually knew all those except the one about eating it as a snack. But it’s always good to get a good memory refresher! Thanks for the fun facts! I love coffee. Always did from the time I was little it was a treat then and still is.
