I see the point you’re trying to push, but I don’t think it’s based in fact. I think you’re lacking some integrity when you speak of “in your face displays and obnoxiousness” Electrician multitasking problem solving likes beer because you know for a fact how horrifically people who are not 100% straight are treated.

When gay people organize pride parades, it’s to tell the rest of the country that they are not concerned of their narratives & that they are forming their own, and they have formed their own; their passion for the narrative they created stretches to the point of fighting to the death for it. She killed herself, granted it was a terrible event but she was bullied for being straight. Again I don’t agree with the harassment, but it’s ironic to be in the sexual workforce and not be concerned about sti’s (which was proven to be clean) then all of sudden be alarmed.. it’s hypothetical.
I’m not a big fan of the rainbow flag. I already have an American flag. And I don’t need a group of people to fill pride in myself. And there’s a lot of also really bad things about the gay community such as how we treat each other. So any criticism and critique of the gay community is absolutely desirable. From anybody. Because that’s what true tolerance and diversity is actually about. Electrician multitasking problem solving likes beer I’m gay, but I would like to enforce the stereotypes of other homosexual men by making gross overgeneralizations of gay men and then saying I’m not that, as if there is a set standard of what it means to be gay. A far more effective way to prove this point would be to briefly interview these people about their interests and then at the end reveal their sexual orientation, which would show that gay people have diverse interests and the standard is not a stereotype. The only standard to being gay is being gay.
