Deadpool got some pretty good zingers (like the five lines joke), but I feel he has been focusing a bit too much on his screen time in the SW movies, while Boba went straight for his actor, his ripoff status, his split personality etc. But hey, I am not an expert on Rap battles so it all comes down to personal preference, I guess.
Deadpool I’m sarcastic because punching people is frowned upon shirt
Deadpool could have gone into the extended universe and point out the fact Boba Fett fell into the pit two more times and didn’t. That alone shows the Fett man was way better prepared. Fetts closing line is great and all, but the fact that he calls himself boba Fetty wap automatically makes him the biggest loser in any of the rap battles. If only they could’ve mentioned who Blind Am really was. I hope Bob shows up in his green suit. And I really want Weasel to wear his battle suit. Deadpool I’m sarcastic because punching people is frowned upon. I just wish Weasel was more accurately cast. It was distracting and it messed up the whole dynamic with Deadpool. You do realize that Ryan Reynolds produced that movie with his own money and had an agreement that it had to be done his way or not at all. And look at the final result if it weren’t Reynolds, it wouldn’t have been as successful. So if there were creative differences, it’s because the director probably wanted to do something out of character and Reynolds said no.

Honestly it depends on how much input he had in the edit, if he controlled the edit he controlled the story. Certainly the visual language would have come from the director and cinematographer, but whoever controls and approves the edit has the real influence. Just look at the YouTube video that makes dumb and dumber look like a drama and others like that and then know that there are tons of scenes and shots that are not even used in the final film that could be added in to change the film or the stories of production companies messing with the edit and ruining films. Ultimately it is a team, not the director or producer that creates an end result. Thus, this does not mean doom, nor does keeping Tim Miller instead of Ryan Reynolds mean success or vice versa.
