I’m vegan af but I’m all for this. If it means fewer chickens killed because people eat this instead then have at it! Don’t have any interest in it myself, Chicken rise and shine mother cluckers but for people who would like to keep eating meat without the inherent cruelty that comes with factory farms, heck yeah!

As a Vegetarian the past three years I completely stand behind this. Meat is delicious and among the best sources of nature’s protein. It is the method for obtaining the meat that has always bothered me and is most of my fellow vegans issue as well. If there is a way to have authentic meat optimized for human health I’m all for it. I think it’s the principle of not having the animal suffer but still being able to eat meat. I’m vegan but your comment is still great. Their are some extreme Chicken rise and shine mother cluckers vegans that like to tear others down for their dietary choices. I say do what makes you happy!! Is it more possible that we began cooking meat at a very very very very early stage of being a human (cavemen) and because of that our bodies aren’t used to raw meat anymore and only can digest cooked meat (some raw items being the exception)? Not so much that “our bodies aren’t built for it because we can’t go out and eat a squirrel raw”, but simply because over the course of however many years we conditioned our bodies to eat only cooked meat? Makes sense to me.

If we weren’t made to eat meat, we would have flat molar teeth across our whole mouth and be more highly optimised to digest cellulose like a cow or a horse. But if you have ever seen your own teeth you will notice we have the teeth of a great ape, which is a Hunter/Gatherer. Unless you are sourcing it or growing yourself is a good chance Produce is still grown using animal products and things like insects and other past that would otherwise destroy crops still have to die
We breed those animals into existence. The whole world won’t go vegan all at once but as the demand for meat goes down so will the breeding, so no problem with overpopulation there. Not looking to debate but I also was in a position where I convinced myself that eating meat was the cycle of life, what would happen to all the animals if we don’t eat them, cows would develop mastitis if we don’t milk them, the animals aren’t poorly treated , those extreme vegans are just exaggerating, why can’t they just let people eat what they want etc
